The two one-bedroom apartments, each with a comfortable sofa bed in the living room, are located right next to each other. They are the perfect choice for couples and families separately, or for groups of friends when booked together. Each unit features a fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with shower, and a spacious terrace. On the rooftop, guests will find a swimming pool with slides and a pool bar.
The apartments are an 18-minute walk from the beach and only 5 minutes from the town center.

Conceived in the 1960s, this town was designed to take advantage of its unique valley microclimate, which rarely drops below 20°C even in winter. The main development works were completed in about 10 years, and today Puerto Rico is the town with the highest number of accommodations on the island — making it safe to say that it is Gran Canaria’s most popular holiday resort!
At the end of the valley lies a nearly 300-meter-long beach of golden sand, with calm, shallow waters. In town, visitors can enjoy a wide variety of restaurants, bars, and entertainment options.
For shopping, guests at Casa4You Apartments can choose between the SuperDino in the Mogan Mall, the Spar just opposite, or the nearby Mercadona. And for those curious about international cuisine, PadThai Wok is a great choice, while for a quick bite the popular 100 Montaditos is the perfect spot!
